Refund & Cancellation Policy


At E3 Media Crafters, we're committed to delivering quality digital marketing and development services. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the services we offer, including Digital Marketing, PPC, UI/UX Design, Mobile App Development, Website Development, LMS Development, CMS Development and Payment Gateway Integration.

Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins

If you change your mind after signing up but before we start working, you can cancel your service. In this case, we'll refund your payment, minus any transaction or consultation fees already incurred.

After Work Has Started

If you decide to cancel after we've started working:

  • You'll only be charged for the part of the work we've already completed.
  • We'll refund the remaining balance (if any).
  • A cancellation fee of up to 30% may apply to cover time and resources used.

Monthly or Ongoing Services

For services like PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing:

  • Please give us at least 30 days' notice before canceling.
  • If you cancel mid-month, the cancellation will apply from the next billing cycle.

When Refunds Are Possible

We understand that every project is unique, and while our goal is always to meet or exceed expectations, we offer refunds in the following reasonable situations:

Project Cancelled Before Kick-off

If you cancel your project before any planning, research, or actual work has started, you are eligible for a refund (minus any consultation or administrative fees).

Duplicate or Accidental Payment

If you've been charged more than once for the same service due to a billing error, the duplicate payment will be refunded promptly.

No Work Delivered Within Agreed Timeframe

If we fail to deliver the initial stage of a project (without prior agreement on delay or justification), and no tangible work has been shared within the timeline promised, a partial or full refund may be considered after review.

Service Not as Described

If the service you received is completely different from what was clearly agreed upon in the signed scope or proposal, we will evaluate the situation and may offer a partial refund, credit, or service correction.

Technical Failure on Our End (for development projects)

If a major technical issue arises on our side that prevents us from completing a CMS or mobile app project, and no reasonable workaround is available, a refund may be offered based on the stage of the project.

When Refunds Aren't Possible

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Work that has already been completed and delivered.
  • Custom development projects (like mobile apps, website development, LMS development, payment gateway integration or CMS solutions) once the development phase has started.
  • Third-party costs, like ad budgets or software tools, once paid.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@e3mediacrafters.com with:

  • Your name, email, contact number, project name, and payment details
  • A brief explanation of your concern

We'll respond within 3–5 business days and, if eligible, process your refund within 15 business days.
